The Healthcare Paradigm is Shifting

here's how to get ahead of the curve

Have you ever noticed how everything you've ever been taught about health is built on a fundamentally flawed paradigm?

The whole scheme is flawed.

It's a HUGE realization, isn't it?

Healthcare is a money business.

I discovered that true healthcare isn't through a system... Real healthcare is power.

Real health vitality is all on you — It's decentralized.

3 years ago I broke my ankle. It sucked.

They offered me surgery.

I didn't have to get surgery, but at the time I didn't know better — And I was in PAIN.

Now I have a titanium plate in my leg for the rest of my life.

The hospital's approach?

"Hey, you're going to be healed but you're going to get to do nothing. You can't do anything for 3 months. You get to sit and lay in bed."

I could have healed myself so much better, so much faster, so much more efficiently — If only I had known what I know now.

Your Body IS Its Own Healthcare

This isn't a new idea, it's an ancient one we've been conditioned to forget.

Your body is its own healthcare. You don't need healthcare, you need your body.

  • Humans have lived without hospitals for hundreds of thousands of years

  • Animals NEVER need hospitals

  • The only animals that do need hospitals are PETS. Pets who are inside just as much as humans are. Pets who are stripped from nature.

Humans' bodies are the healthcare. The only thing taking that from us is that we are not in nature, we are not in alignment.

The healthcare old paradigm of finding solutions after you're broken is NOT WORKING.

Here is the new Paradigm:

Healthcare is personal, decentralized, in-alignment, in-tune with nature, in tune with our ancestors.

The way I live is sustainably healthy because I'm in alignment — And I do things that keep me healthy.

Contrast this with the old paradigm:

Hospitals are do whatever you want and then when you are unwell, you come see us. — But they don't even fix you (and if they do, it isn't efficient or healthy)

Why spend money on the healthcare that could have been prevented?

Especially when healthcare is not going to heal you as efficiently as healing yourself?

Energy, Frequency, Nature, Voltage

Really, health revolves around energy, frequency, nature, voltage of your cells.

None of those have to do with a pill.

None of those have to do with a doctor.

These are things that you find on your own.

You can choose the standard of going to the doctors, or you can choose personal power.

It's all based on energy principles, controlling that energy, controlling the frequency within your body.

I am hyper, hyper, hyper aware of where my energy is at at all times.

  • If you're waking up tired, that's not normal. You're not supposed to wake up tired.

  • If you are sleepy, if you are yawning all throughout the day, that is not normal.

  • If you are in the evenings too tired to go for a walk or to do stretching or yoga or hobby work... that's not normal.

Be aware of where this energy is at.

Then you can begin to actually do something about it.

Sunlight & Your Circadian Rhythm

The number one thing is sunlight.

Get light from the sun, even if it's a cloudy day. Being outside is going to do so much for you because the sun is the greatest healer there is.

  • Ditch the sunglasses: Don't wear sunglasses. It blocks sunlight from setting your circadian rhythm.

  • Set Circadian Rhythm: It's the basis of your energy because that's your daily cycle.

  • Morning Ritual: Get sunlight immediately after waking.

  • Evening Ritual: Watch the sunset. Then get NO blue light after dark.

Almost everything revolves around your circadian rhythm. A healthy circadian rhythm boosts the efficiency of every other body process.

The whole "Sun causes skin cancer" thing it makes no sense...

If you are blocking all the sun, that's going to really mess with your circadian rhythm because your body's confused. Think about this:

  • "The sun causes cancer! Cover up with a hat and long sleeves, wear sunglasses, wear sunscreen, only spend 15 minutes in direct sunlight at a time!

  • Everybody follows this protocol: Gets skin cancer.

  • The people who don't follow this protocol: Have healthier circadian rythyms, and therefore a better ability to fight cancer.

Let's think about our ancestors…

Outside all the time, didn't have sunscreen, didn't have sunglasses, always woke up when the sun rose and went to bed when the sun set.

That's how people lived healthily for thousands of years.

The doctors back then were also aligned with nature. They knew natural healing because they didn't have the lazy, easy way out of saying "just take this pill."

Become the New Paradigm:

This isn't about forcing protocols just because you read something online or just because a doctor said something.

If you're forcing things that don't align, that's force, and force is resistance, and if there's resistance, that's tension in your body, and when there's tension in your body, your body's not free to heal itself.

Here's how to make a simple start:

Find one little issue. What tiny health or energy issue do you have right now?

Then figure out where you're not in alignment with nature (and the sun).

Start with that, then repeat. Then repeat it again. And again.

THIS is how you will shift from the old paradigm of health into this new Paradigm of vital health.
